I provide services in the comfort of the child's home. This approach allows us to use items of interest to the child in a setting they are most comfortable in. I also offer services in a local clinic for children who respond well to that.
In addition to running this small private practice, I work full time in an elementary school. Therefore, during the school year, I offer in-home services after school hours and on weekends. Clinic-based sessions are offered on weekdays. During holiday breaks and summer break I have more availability.
I work with children ages 3-17.
If your child uses echolalia, communicates in single words, long scripts, and/or has unintelligible strings of language they may be a gestalt language processor. If they have had traditional language therapy in the past with minimal progress or change they may be a gestalt language processor.
